Job Description:

Our client is looking for a detail-focused Human Resources (HR) Recruiter to join their team in Edmonton, Alberta. This position supports high-volume recruitment efforts while maintaining accurate employee records and delivering a positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate brings strong judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a rapid-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Support the HR team with recruitment activities and employee file administration.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews, reference checks, and offer coordination.
- Support high-volume hiring and recruitment targets across various roles and departments.
- Conduct candidate assessments and collaborate with hiring managers to identify qualified applicants.
- Coordinate pre-employment and onboarding requirements, including background checks and documentation.
- Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date employee and recruitment records.
- Provide a professional and responsive experience for candidates, employees, and internal stakeholders.
- Assist with general HR administration, filing, reporting,



and document processing as required.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, or HR administration, preferably in a high-volume environment.
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment for multiple positions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate employee and recruitment records.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and HR/recruitment systems such as ADP, ATS, or CRM platforms.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing needs.
- Experience with onboarding, candidate sourcing, and job fairs is an asset.
