What you will do:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and support. Each day presents an opportunity for you to transform all visitor into a loyal customer. We're looking for a dynamic and passionate team member who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves engaging with customers!

Responsibilities:

- Welcome guests and assist with admissions, memberships, waivers, and party bookings
- Operate the POS and process payments accurately
- Answer customer questions and handle concerns professionally
- Monitor play areas and help enforce safety rules
- Assist with food and beverage service and basic food preparation
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the facility, including play areas, dining areas, floors, and washrooms
- Clean and sanitize bodily fluid accidents such as pee, poo, vomit and blood when required




- Restock supplies and assist with opening and closing duties
- Work as part of a team and assist with general operations as needed
- Perform opening and closing
- Performing any other duties as assigned by the manager or supervisor

What we are looking for:

- Friendly, reliable, responsible, and able to work independently
- Comfortable working around children and families
- Comfortable with cleaning duties, including bodily fluid cleanup
- Comfortable performing food-related duties
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Versatile availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Previous customer service or food service experience is an asset
- FoodSafe and First Aid certification are assets

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $18.25 per hour
