We are seeking a 310T or 310J Technician to work as a Mobile Mechanic with an established maintenance company serving major retail clients across the Greater Toronto Area. You'll work in a mobile service environment, diagnosing and repairing refrigerated trailers and equipment at customer locations. This role reports to a dedicated service manager in which has an established leadership team, modern systems, and significant growth opportunities.

Requirements:

- Licensed 310T or 310J journeyman mechanic
- CVIP inspection license or willingness to obtain
- Valid driver's license meeting insurance requirements and interest to acquire a Commercial driver's license
- Own tools
- Reefer and trailer repair experience
- Diagnostic skills, especially after-treatment systems
- Air conditioning/refrigeration experience
- Experience with Cummins Insight or similar diagnostic software

Compensation & Benefits:

- Wage range:



$48–$58/hour (base $48–$50/hour premiums and shift differentials add $3–$8/hour)
- Tool allowance (annual)
- Boot allowance (annual)
- Medical/dental benefits available upfront for journeymen (typically 90-day wait otherwise)
- 3 weeks paid vacation (negotiable based on experience)
- Coveralls service provided

Hours:

- Primarily day shifts with versatile start/end times (7 AM–9 PM coverage window)
- 44 hours/week typical (9 hours Mon–Thu, 8 hours Fri)
- Flexible scheduling to accommodate work-life balance and customer availability
- Mobile work only no overnight shifts
- On-call program available (voluntary after-hours coverage currently outsourced)
- Work from customer yards and central locations
