Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Beauty Sales Consultant to join our retail team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing expert advice on beauty products, demonstrating makeup applications, and delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for beauty and skincare, and the ability to create a welcoming environment for all clients. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus to serve our diverse clientele effectively.

Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting beauty products tailored to their needs
- Conduct product demos and makeup applications to showcase product features and benefits
- Handle POS transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Manage front desk responsibilities, including organizing merchandise displays and maintaining store cleanliness
- Upsell products by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable options to enhance their experience
- Maintain organized merchandising displays that align with brand standards
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment




- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, offering product knowledge, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Support promotional events and participate in product demonstrations to boost sales

Experience

- Prior retail sales experience is preferred, especially within beauty or cosmetics industries
- Proficiency with POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Solid communication skills in English; multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous
- Knowledge of makeup application techniques and product demos is desirable
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to upsell products while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor
- Experience in merchandising, cashiering, or front desk operations is a plus
- Ability to work well within a team and independently while delivering exceptional customer service

Pay: $17.60-$29.35 per hour
