Corey Quinlan Insurance Agency is growing, and we’re looking for people to grow with us.

We’re a locally owned Desjardins Insurance Agency in Bradford offering Car, Home, Commercial, as well as Life & Living Benefits Insurance.

This is a sales-focused role for someone who enjoys connecting with people, developing new business and building long-term client relationships. You’ll have the stability of a competitive base salary, uncapped monthly commission, incentives and bonuses — so your success has a direct impact on what you earn.

What You’ll Do

- Develop new business and bring new clients into the agency
- Connect with prospective clients and identify opportunities to help with their insurance needs
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Review existing accounts and identify additional opportunities
- Follow up consistently with prospects and clients
- Work with the team to achieve individual and agency sales goals
- Represent our agency at community events and networking opportunities




- Learn directly from the Agent and team while developing your insurance and sales expertise
- Deliver the kind of client experience that keeps people coming back and referring their friends and family

Who We’re Looking For

You don’t necessarily need to come from the insurance industry. We’re more interested in finding the right person.

- Willing to obtain the required Ontario insurance licence(s)

Sales, customer service, insurance, banking, automotive, hospitality or other relationship-based experience is an asset, but attitude, work ethic and willingness to learn matter just as much.

This is a full-time position within a Desjardins Insurance Agency in Bradford ON, this is not a remote role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
