Position: Heavy-Duty Technician / Mechanic

Terms of Employment: Full-time/ Part-time

Job details:

- Location: Two positions, in Banff or Crossfield AB
- Terms of employment: Full time/ Part Time. Week end & after hours on call
- Shop hours from 08:00 to 17:00, 8 hours
- Start date As soon as possible

Job requirements: Inspect, test, diagnose, adjust, repair and maintain of commercial motor coaches and buses. Established knowledges of Diesel Engine, Transmission, Electrical and electronic system, Brake system, Fuel and emission system, Ignition and electrical system, Drive train components, Heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) system and etc.

Essential Skills include:

- Diagnosis and problem-solving skills;
- Attention to details;
- Good in paperwork; &
- OHS awareness

Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.)

- Journeyman or with Red Seal endorsement; or
- Equivalent Trade Certificate; or
- 4th Year Apprentice of HD Technician/Equipment Program may be considered





Education： Relevant training and/or equivalent experience

Experience: Min 3 years relevant experience required

Own Tools/Equipment：Tools, Steel-toed safety boots

Transportation/Travel Information： Own transportation

Additional Skills：With Class 1 or 2Q drivers license would be an asset but not mandatory
