All In Cleaning | Durham Region

We’re growing our team and looking for reliable, positive people who take pride in their work and want consistent part-time cleaning work with opportunities for additional hours.

AVAILABILITY

Applicants must have open Monday–Friday daytime availability.

Our schedule varies based on client bookings, so we’re looking for cleaners who are available throughout the regular work week rather than only on specific weekdays.

We also service commercial clients during evenings and weekends. Some evening and/or weekend availability is required and is paid at our premium rate of $26/hour.

ON-CALL / BACKUP COVERAGE

Our team shares responsibility for backup coverage when someone is sick or unexpectedly unavailable.

Team members will have approximately 1–2 designated on-call weekdays per week, arranged in advance.

On your designated on-call day, you’ll need to remain available for potential same-day work until a specified time. If you’re needed to cover an unexpected absence, we’ll contact you by then.

If you haven’t been contacted by the specified time, you’re released from on-call coverage for the remainder of the day.

PAY & HOURS

Approximately 15–30+ working hours per week, depending on bookings
$23/hour — weekday solo cleaning
$20/hour — team cleaning/training
$26/hour — evening & weekend cleaning





Residential + commercial cleaning
Monday–Friday daytime availability required
Some evening/weekend availability required
Approximately 1–2 designated on-call weekdays per week
Independent contractor position
Training provided — cleaning experience is an asset, but not required

YOU’LL NEED

A valid driver’s licence and your own reliable, insured vehicle
Reliable communication
Open Monday–Friday daytime availability
Some evening/weekend availability
Ability to provide backup coverage on designated on-call days
Ability to perform physical cleaning work and lift approximately 25 lbs
Ability to travel between client homes and businesses throughout Durham Region
Ability to provide a background check

Pay: $20.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 30.0 per week
