Janitor Technician – Bilingual

Crystal Cleaning is looking for a reliable and hardworking Janitor Technician to join our growing team in Montreal. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, professional, and takes pride in maintaining clean and well-kept commercial spaces.

Responsibilities

- Perform general janitorial and commercial cleaning duties
- Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors
- Clean and disinfect washrooms
- Clean kitchens, offices, common areas, and other designated spaces
- Empty garbage and recycling
- Dust and wipe down surfaces
- Refill soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and other supplies
- Follow Crystal Cleaning’s cleaning procedures and quality standards
- Report any damages, maintenance issues, or concerns
- Ensure assigned work is completed properly and on time

Requirements





- Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is an asset
- English and French communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Strong attention to detail
- Good work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physically capable of performing cleaning duties
- Comfortable following checklists, procedures, and instructions
- Qualified attitude when working around clients and their employees

Pay: $19.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
