- Test repaired equipment to confirm it meets manufacturer, regulatory, safety, and operational requirements.

- Follow work orders and accurately document inspections, repairs, parts, and labour.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area while supporting apprentices and less-experienced technicians when required.

What You Bring

- Certified Transport Trailer Technician or equivalent recognized trade certification.
- Valid Alberta Inspection Technician licence or CVIP authorization.
- Strong experience with commercial trailer inspections, maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs.
- Practical knowledge of air brake, suspension, ABS, electrical, wheel-end, axle, and structural trailer systems.
- A valid driver’s licence.
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- A dependable, safety-focused approach and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

The following qualifications are considered assets:

- Journeyperson Heavy Equipment Technician or Automotive Service Technician certification.
- Class 1 or Class 3 driver’s licence.
- Oilfield, transportation, or commercial fleet experience.
- Experience mentoring apprentices or junior technicians.

What We Offer

- Extended health, dental, and vision care.

- Disability and life insurance.

- Overtime and occasional weekend work opportunities.
- Apprenticeship and continued trade-development support, where applicable.
- Stable, long-term employment with an established company.
- Supportive staff, proactive management, and room to grow.
- A primarily shop-based position with occasional opportunities for local field work.
