Job Summary

AMDF Cleaning Services Inc. is seeking an experienced Commercial Cleaning Sales & Estimating Representative to identify, estimate and help secure new commercial cleaning contracts.

We are looking for someone who can manage the business development process from prospecting through contract award. The ideal candidate understands commercial cleaning operations and is comfortable conducting site walkthroughs, developing accurate estimates, preparing proposals and closing recent business.

This is a commission-based independent contractor opportunity. Commission structure and earning potential will be discussed with selected applicants.

Responsibilities

- Identify and pursue new commercial cleaning clients and contract opportunities.
- Develop relationships with property managers, facility managers, building owners and other commercial decision-makers.
- Conduct site walkthroughs and assess cleaning requirements.
- Review scopes of work, specifications and client requirements.
- Calculate labour hours, staffing requirements and cleaning productivity.
- Prepare detailed and competitive commercial cleaning estimates.
- Account for labour, supplies, equipment,



supervision and other operating costs.
- Prepare quotations and proposals for prospective clients.
- Follow up on proposals and negotiate with prospective clients.
- Help move opportunities from initial prospecting through contract award.
- Coordinate successful account handoffs to AMDF's operations team.

Requirements

- Experience in commercial cleaning sales, janitorial estimating, facility services, B2B sales or a related industry.
- Commercial cleaning estimating experience is strongly preferred.
- Understanding of cleaning productivity rates, labour requirements and contract costing.
- Strong business development, negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage opportunities from prospecting through closing.
- Existing relationships within property management, commercial real estate, construction or facility management are considered a strong asset.

Pay: $37,843.95-$148,470.36 per year
