Looking to hire a full time or possibly part time Welder Apprentice, or possibly a Journeyman Welder that has experience in the overhead crane industry. Candidate must be comfortable working at heights. The position requires both shop and field work with occasional out of town work. Candidate may be required to work with other crane technicians periodically with service and inspection of various hoisting equipment. Preferences will be given to those with any of the following.....

-CWB all position SMAW ticket

-CWB FCAW/MCAW ticket

- Fitting experience

- Iron Worker experience

- Installation/Commissioning of overhead cranes

Job Types: Full time, Apprenticeship

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Nisku, AB T9E 7M4: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- Welding: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
