PKP Services Inc. is a growing property maintenance company providing professional landscaping, property maintenance, and snow removal services throughout the GTA, Hamilton, Guelph, and Halton Region.

We are looking for a reliable, experienced, and hardworking Landscape & Snow Removal Technician to join our year-round team.

Position

This is a full-time, year-round position. The successful candidate will perform landscaping and property maintenance during the spring, summer, and fall, and snow removal operations during the winter.

We are looking for someone with a minimum of 3 years of industry experience who is comfortable driving a manual transmission.

Responsibilities

- Grass cutting, trimming, edging, planting, mulching, and general landscaping
- Spring and fall property cleanups
- General property maintenance and groundskeeping
- Operate snow plows, tractors, snow blowers, and other winter equipment
- Snow plowing and snow removal at commercial properties
- Salting and de-icing
- Shoveling and clearing walkways as required
- Load, unload, and transport equipment and materials
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report mechanical issues
- Operate company vehicles and equipment safely
- Maintain clean, safe, and professional job sites
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of landscaping and/or snow removal experience
- Must be able to drive a manual transmission
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Experience operating trucks, tractors, plows, and other equipment




- Strong knowledge of landscaping and property maintenance
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Physically capable of performing outdoor and manual labour
- Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic
- Able to work independently and follow directions
- Available for early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnight snow events during the winter season
- Previous commercial property maintenance experience is an asset
