Job Summary

We are hiring Warehouse Associates and Forklift Order Pickers for full-time, temp-to-hire opportunities in a busy Caledon, ON distribution centre. Warehouse Associates and Forklift Order Pickers will support multiple departments, including picking and packing, shipping, receiving, bulk, mezzanine, and order picking. The work environment is structured, team-focused, and productivity-driven, with training provided and opportunities to learn new warehouse systems and equipment.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking stable Monday to Friday work, full time hours, supportive supervision, and the potential to be hired directly after the probationary period based on strong performance and attendance.

Key Responsibilities

- Pick, pack, stage, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Support shipping, receiving, loading, unloading,



and product movement throughout the distribution centre.
- Use RF scanners, powered pallet jacks, and warehouse systems to track and move inventory.
- Operate forklifts or order picking equipment where qualified and required.
- Meet daily productivity, accuracy, safety, and performance targets.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe while supporting other departments as needed.

Compensation and Benefits

- Job Type: Temp-to-Hire.
- Pay Rate: $19.50 to $22.50 per hour.
- Warehouse Associates: $19.50 to $20.50 per hour.
- Order Pickers / Forklift: $22.50 per hour.
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday.
- Shift Options: 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, or 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM.
- Shift assignment depends on department and business needs.
- Location: Caledon, ON, L7C 3Y7.
