Position Overview
Dee-Jay is a growing, forward-thinking company and we continue to adapt our services to best serve our customers. We are currently seeking an individual to join our project & accounting teams based out of our office and shop located in Camrose, Alberta. Roles and Responsibilities
- Process project and administrative related vendor invoices in a paperless review and accounting system environment
- Process fuel card and credit card receipts
- Complete monthly vendor statement reconciliations
- Communicate effectively with internal company personnel as well as clients, subcontractors and suppliers outside of the Dee-Jay organization
- Understand company policies,
procedures and reporting practices as well as maintaining accurate records and files
- Ensure accuracy and completion of assigned tasks and projects.
- Perform other duties as required.
Position Requirements:
Requirements for the position include but are not limited to:
- Proven experience in an accounting or accounts payable role
- Strong problem solving skills and a high attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong team player with the ability to effectively adjust to shifting priorities and demands and meet deadlines
- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Experience with Sage Contractor, Sage Paperless and/or Procore would be considered an asset
- Excellent verbal, written and computer communication skills

Pay: $28.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
