About the Role

We are seeking a dependable and detail‑oriented Distribution Center Associate to support daily warehouse operations. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, has strong mechanical aptitude, is comfortable using computers and warehouse systems, and communicates fluently in English. You will play a key role in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and inventory is handled safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Unload, receive, inspect, segregate, palletize, and load products.
- Locate, stock, and replenish inventory using Warehouse Management System (WMS) instructions.
- Pick, pack, and assemble customer orders with accuracy and speed.
- Operate forklifts and other material‑handling equipment (Class A certification may be required).
- Scan carton IDs, print and apply shipping labels, and prepare parcels for shipment.
- Transport goods to appropriate storage or picking locations.
- Maintain a clean, secure, and organized work environment.
- Report audit findings, inventory discrepancies, and potential hazards.
- Support additional warehouse projects as assigned.

Qualifications

- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to operate and troubleshoot material‑handling equipment.
- Strong computer skills, including comfort with WMS, handheld scanners, and basic software tools.
- Fluent in English, with the ability to read instructions, complete documentation, and communicate effectively with team members.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment with strong attention to detail.
- Proven ability to multitask and manage priorities based on operational needs.
- Basic math skills.




- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Ability to lift 20–70 lbs, stand or walk for extended periods, and perform repetitive motions.
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and dusty environments typical of distribution or manufacturing facilities.
- Ability to work at heights up to 20 feet using narrow‑aisle equipment (as required).

Working Conditions

Work is performed in a distribution or manufacturing environment where temperatures may vary seasonally. Some areas may be dusty due to production materials. The role requires mobility throughout the facility and the ability to perform physical tasks safely.

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
