Aire One Auto is a growing, professional automotive repair shop specializing in Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans, commercial vehicles, and general automotive repairs. We are a new and expanding shop backed by 23 years of experience in the automotive/HVAC industry.

We have a clean, organized, and professional workplace with a strong focus on quality workmanship, customer service, and treating our technicians with respect.

We are looking for a reliable, professional, and motivated Automotive Technician to join our growing team.

The Opportunity

We have plenty of work available and are looking for someone who wants to build a long-term career with a growing company.

Our shop is designed to be a low-pressure, organized work environment. We believe technicians do their best work when they have the proper equipment, time, support, and a good team around them.

You will also have the opportunity to work alongside an experienced professional technician who can share knowledge, provide training, and work together with you on more challenging repairs.

As the business grows, we plan to add more technicians and expand our services to better serve the local community.

Responsibilities

- Diagnose and repair vehicles accurately and efficiently
- Perform general mechanical repairs and preventative maintenance
- Brake, suspension, steering, exhaust, cooling and electrical repairs
- Perform inspections and vehicle safety-related repairs
- Diagnose mechanical and drivability concerns
- Service Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans and commercial fleet vehicles
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow proper safety procedures and manufacturer repair guidelines
- Communicate professionally with management and other technicians
- Complete work to a high standard while maintaining attention to detail

What We’re Looking For

- Experienced Automotive Technician preferred
- Licensed 310S Technician is an asset
- Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills




- Experience with commercial vehicles or Mercedes-Benz Sprinters is an asset
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Takes pride in quality workmanship
- Organized and respectful of a clean shop environment
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills

Compensation & Earning Potential

We believe technicians should be rewarded for the value they bring to the business.

In addition to competitive hourly compensation, we are planning to offer performance-based bonuses/commission opportunities so technicians can increase their earnings based on productivity, quality of work, and the revenue they generate.
