Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Associate Lawyer to join our dynamic team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to apply your legal knowledge in a supportive setting, handle diverse legal matters, and develop your career within a reputable firm. The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organized, and eager to contribute to our firm's success and should have at least 3-5 years of post-call experience. Candidates must be licensed members of the Law Society of Ontario, in good standing.

Duties

- Candidates will carry files and assist other lawyers with real estate purchases, sales, refinances,



drafting wills, estate administrations, shareholder agreements, buying and selling businesses, and completing various corporate reorganizations.

Skills

- Proficiency with legal real estate conveyancing software.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively on behalf of clients.
- Solid legal drafting skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple files simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills for liaising with clients, colleagues, and external parties.

Pay: $100,000.00-$145,000.00 per year
