Responsibilities

- Lead and oversee day-to-day pharmacy operations
- Manage pharmacy workflow while maintaining exceptional patient care
- Mentor, coach, and support pharmacy team members
- Provide medication counselling and clinical pharmacy services
- Ensure compliance with Alberta pharmacy regulations and professional standards




- Drive pharmacy performance and clinical initiatives
- Maintain a positive, collaborative, and patient-focused environment

Qualifications

- Licensed or eligible for licensure with the Alberta College of Pharmacy
- Bachelor of Pharmacy or PharmD from an accredited institution
- Previous pharmacy management or leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Commitment to providing exceptional patient care
- Ability to lead a team and manage pharmacy operations effectively
