Overview
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while handling transactions and promoting our products. Your ability to engage with customers and create a positive shopping experience will be key to your success.

Duties

- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner.
- Accurately process transactions using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions efficiently.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the cashier area and store displays.




- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

- Previous experience in cashiering or customer service is preferred.
- Proficient in using POS systems for transaction processing.
- Strong command of English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to product knowledge and sales techniques.
