Requirements

- Proven experience in customer service or related roles.




- Strong communication skills in English.
- Experience with sales techniques, including up-selling and cross-selling strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, motivated and deadline oriented
- Ability to remain on your feet for several hours at a time, be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds, ability to withstand higher temperatures, bend, kneel, and stoop.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining professionalism and patience.
- Must have a valid Canadian work permit
