Role: Business Development– Inside Sales Lead generation - Manufacturing Sector

Position: Full Time

Location: 2399 Cawthra Rd, Unit 200, Mississauga, ON, L5A 2W9

Key Responsibilities:

Ø Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential clients to schedule appointments for our Sales Representatives.

Ø Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30AM – 5:00 PM

Ø Training Provided: Includes script, training sessions, and a targeted contact list

Key Responsibilities

- Cold calling businesses to generate qualified leads




- Booking appointments for Sales Representatives
- Following scripts and meeting daily/weekly targets
- Documenting call outcomes and maintaining lead records

Required Qualifications:

Ø Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development or Direct Sales

Ø Ability to place a high volume of outbound calls, consistently reach decision-makers, effectively qualify prospects, handle objections, and successfully secure meetings to drive business growth.

Ø Professional and persuasive phone manner

Ø Fluent in conversational English

Ø Basic knowledge of internet and marketing principles

Compensation: Base salary plus commission

Successful candidates can earn $70K to 90K per annum

Full training will be provided for the selected candidate.
