Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth overnight operations at our hotel. As a Night Auditor, you will be the first point of contact for late-night arrivals and departures, handling guest inquiries with professionalism and warmth while maintaining the integrity of our front desk operations. Duties

- Welcome and assist guests during late-night check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a seamless experience
- Manage multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries, make reservations, and direct calls efficiently
- Handle guest requests, resolve issues promptly, and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions
- Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions, reservations, and billing records to ensure accuracy
- Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting patrols of public areas, and controlling access to the property
- Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries for management review




- Support front desk operations by managing guest services, including key issuance, wake-up calls, and concierge assistance

Qualifications

- Proven experience in hotel front desk operations or hospitality roles preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette with strong customer service skills
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and guest service software is advantageous
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail for financial audits and record keeping
- Ability to remain energetic, professional, and courteous during overnight hours
- Previous hotel experience or background in hospitality is a plus
