Counterbalance Clamp Forklift Operator

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced **Counterbalance Clamp Forklift Operator** to join our warehouse team. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely operating a counterbalance forklift equipped with a clamp attachment to move, load, unload, and organize materials within the warehouse.

Responsibilities

- Operate a counterbalance forklift with clamp attachment safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and storage areas.
- Move and organize products throughout the warehouse.
- Handle pallets, boxes, and other materials using the clamp attachment.
- Perform daily forklift safety inspections and report any equipment issues.
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist with general warehouse duties when required.
- Follow supervisor instructions and meet productivity targets.





Requirements

- Minimum 1–2 years of experience operating a counterbalance forklift with clamp attachment.**
- Valid forklift certification is preferred/required.
- Strong knowledge of forklift safety procedures.
- Ability to safely handle and move various types of loads.
- Ability to perform physical warehouse duties.
- Good attention to detail and safety awareness.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Safety shoes are mandatory.
