Job description

You will be assigned to one or more of the following types of cleaning jobs based on your experience and availability:

Residential & Commercial Cleaning

- General dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas
- Wiping surfaces, windows, and mirrors
- Making beds and organizing spaces

Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning

- Deep cleaning empty units or homes
- Cleaning appliances inside and out
- Baseboards, walls, vents, and behind furniture

Post-Construction Cleaning

- Removing construction dust and debris
- Cleaning drywall dust from surfaces and floors
- Washing windows, removing stickers or residue
- Polishing fixtures and final touches before handover
- Following strict safety protocols on active construction sites

Requirements

- Previous cleaning experience (especially in post-construction) is a strong asset
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Reliable transportation to client locations




- Attention to detail and strong work ethic
- Must be comfortable using cleaning equipment and supplies
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and be physically active for extended periods
- Willingness to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) when required
- Good communication and time management skills

Availability

- Monday to Saturday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Part-time, full-time, and on-call roles available
- Weekend availability is a bonus
- Priority given to candidates with flexible daytime hours and/or construction experience
