Job Overview

In this vital role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining spotless, comfortable living spaces that promote health, safety, and happiness. Your proactive approach to cleaning and facilities maintenance will ensure our community remains a pristine sanctuary where residents feel cared for and valued every day.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of resident apartments, common areas, hallways, and recreational spaces using commercial cleaning techniques and equipment.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness by dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste efficiently.
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards, promptly addressing issues or escalating them to the appropriate team members.
- Assist with light facilities maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, fixing minor repairs, and ensuring all areas meet health and safety regulations.
- Follow established cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure consistency and quality across all areas of the community.
- Collaborate with team members to support special event preparations or deep-cleaning projects as needed.
- Document completed tasks and report any significant maintenance or safety concerns to management promptly.
Requirements
- Proven experience in cleaning, commercial cleaning, or facilities maintenance preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
- Good physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform manual tasks throughout shifts.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude toward teamwork and resident interaction.
- Knowledge of basic maintenance procedures is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to health and safety guidelines consistently.

Pay: $19.00-$19.50 per hour
