Adecco is currently looking for a Recruitment Coordinator for a remote full-time opportunity in a high-volume hiring environment. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, candidate screening, onboarding, HR administration, and ATS management.
- Pay Rate: $26.00/hour

Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Candidate Screening
- Conduct phone and virtual pre-screen interviews.
- Assess candidate qualifications, availability, and job fit.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain regular communication throughout the hiring process.
- Support high-volume recruitment and workforce ramp-up projects.
Candidate Administration & Onboarding
- Collect and review onboarding and background check documentation.
- Follow up with candidates to ensure required paperwork is completed.
- Maintain accurate and compliant candidate records.
- Support onboarding and new hire administration activities.
Recruitment Coordination
- Update candidate information and recruitment activity in the ATS.
- Prepare interview schedules and recruitment reports.
- Track candidate progress throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Collaboration & Customer Service
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to meet hiring targets.
- Deliver exceptional service to candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Work effectively within a collaborative recruitment team workplace.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Robust customer service and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience with recruitment coordination, talent acquisition, or HR administration is an asset.
- Experience supporting high-volume hiring initiatives is preferred.
- Experience recruiting for warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, distribution, or industrial roles is considered an asset.
- Experience using Oracle ATS or other Applicant Tracking Systems is preferred.
- Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
