Duties

- Assist pharmacists with preparing and dispensing prescription medications accurately and efficiently
- Manage inventory levels, restocking shelves, and ensuring medication storage complies with safety standards
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable service to patients, answering questions about over-the-counter products and medication routines
- Verify prescriptions for accuracy and completeness, ensuring all medical terminology is correctly applied
- Support medication administration processes by preparing labels and packaging medications as directed by pharmacists
- Maintain meticulous records of medication transactions, inventory logs,



and patient interactions
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure timely delivery of medications and patient care needs

Skills

- Prior experience working in a pharmacy is required
- Strong understanding of medical terminology related to pharmaceuticals and patient care
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare providers
- Ability to handle medication administration tasks with precision and attention to detail
- Knowledge of pharmacy safety protocols and inventory management practices
- Compassionate attitude focused on delivering outstanding patient care and support

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
