Splash Catering located at Casa Loma is currently looking for experienced and reliable Banquet Servers for the upcoming season.

Responsibilities:

- Set up tables and banquet hall before the event

- Assist with food preparation before and during the event

- Serve appetizers and plated dinners to guests

- Deliver food from the kitchen to the banquet hall in a timely manner

- Serve and refill alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages

- Communicate with colleagues to ensure smooth event

- Assist with post-event clean up, inventory, food storage, and tear down

- Other duties as assigned by the manager

Qualifications:

- Previous banquet server experience is a must

- Excellent verbal or written communication skills

- Excellent customer service skills

- Must be able to work flexible shifts- daytime, nights, weekends, holidays

- Must be smart serve certified

- Must be able to legally work in Canada
