The Opportunity

4Tracks Ltd. is hiring experienced AZ Team Drivers for full-time, permanent USA cross-border runs from our Newmarket, Ontario terminal.

Typical route:
Ontario → Western Canada → USA → Ontario

Typical destinations may include Winnipeg or Calgary → Texas or California → Ontario. Routes may vary depending on operational requirements and freight availability.

Responsibilities

- Safely operate company tractor-trailers on long-haul cross-border routes
- Transport freight throughout Canada and the United States
- Complete required pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain accurate logs, trip records and shipping documentation
- Follow Canadian and U.S. Hours of Service and DOT requirements
- Communicate professionally with dispatch and operations
- Complete border-crossing procedures and required documentation
- Represent 4Tracks Ltd. professionally at customer and delivery locations
- Maintain a strong focus on safety,



compliance and customer service

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of verifiable AZ
- Valid Ontario AZ Driver's Licence
- Clean driving record
- Eligible to operate in the United States
- Ability to complete cross-border documentation and comply with U.S. DOT requirements
- Robust work ethic and commitment to safety
- Good communication and professional attitude
- Ability to work independently on long-haul routes
