We are currently seeking a motivated, organized, and dependable Inventory & Replenishment Associate to join our Brampton team.

Position Summary

The Inventory & Replenishment Associate plays a critical role in supporting store operations by ensuring merchandise is received, processed, organized, replenished, and maintained accurately. This position is responsible for managing inventory flow between the stockroom and sales floor, processing incoming shipments, maintaining stockroom standards, supporting inventory accuracy, and assisting with merchandise transfers and consolidations.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, physically capable, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management

- Receive, unpack, and process incoming shipments
- Organize and maintain stockroom inventory in an efficient and accessible manner
- Ensure inventory is accurately stored and easily retrievable
- Conduct spot checks and inventory audits to maintain inventory accuracy
- Identify and report inventory discrepancies and shortages

Replenishment

- Replenish merchandise to the sales floor based on business needs




- Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment requirements to management
- Ensure products are properly displayed and available for customers
- Support seasonal merchandise changes and promotional setups

Transfers & Consolidations

- Process merchandise transfers between stores and distribution centres
- Prepare outbound transfers accurately and efficiently
- Receive and process transfer shipments
- Assist with inventory consolidation initiatives and stock redistribution projects

Stockroom Operations

- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized stockroom setting
- Organize overstock inventory and ensure proper product rotation
- Break down and dispose of boxes and packaging materials appropriately
- Support inventory counts, cycle counts, and annual inventory processes

Store Support

- Work closely with store leadership to support operational priorities
- Assist sales associates in locating merchandise when required
- Support merchandising and inventory-related projects
- Contribute to overall store productivity and efficiency

Qualifications

- Previous retail, inventory, stockroom, warehouse, or replenishment experience is considered an asset
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable performing physical work,



including standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the day
- Ability to lift and move boxes and merchandise safely
- Basic computer and data-entry skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
- Comfortable working in a rapid-paced retail environment
