Duties

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using Micros POS or similar point-of-sale systems
- Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and basic math calculations for change
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen staff and ensure timely service
- Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety standards are maintained at all times
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, counters, and workstations in accordance with sanitation regulations




- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve multiple tables efficiently while maintaining quality service

Qualifications

- Previous food service experience or restaurant background preferred but not required; training provided for motivated candidates
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar technology
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and qualified demeanor
- Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations quickly
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation procedures in the food industry
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours
- Experience in food preparation, serving, or kitchen work is a plus but not mandatory
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
