Boat Yard Labourer – Seasonal

Location: Toronto Islands, Toronto, ON
Start Date: September 28, 2026
Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM
Pay: $19.00/hour

We are looking for hardworking, reliable individuals to join our team for the boat storage and winterization season.

This is a hands-on, physically demanding outdoor position. Most of the work will take place outside around boats and the water, preparing boats to be stored for the winter once they are out of the water.

Job Duties

- Prepare boats for winter storage and winterization

- Assist with moving, cleaning, organizing, and preparing equipment

- Perform general physical labour around the boat yard

- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions

- Follow instructions and established safety procedures





- Assist the team with other yard duties as required

What We're Looking For

- No previous experience necessary — we will train you

- Comfortable performing physical labour

- Able to work outdoors for extended periods

- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking

- Able to take direction and work as part of a team

- Valuable attitude and willingness to learn

- Safety boots required
