Responsibilities

- Pack and package meat products accurately according to specifications and quality standards
- Operate meat cutting equipment and assist with butchery tasks as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, adhering strictly to food safety regulations
- Inspect meat products for quality, freshness, and proper labeling before packaging
- Follow safety procedures and mechanical guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Assist with inventory management by organizing supplies and recording production data




- Support the food processing team in maintaining efficient workflow during shifts

Qualifications

- Previous experience in packaging, manufacturing, or food processing is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of butchery techniques and meat cutting skills are highly advantageous
- Familiarity with sanitation practices within the food industry is essential
- Mechanical knowledge or experience operating packaging machinery is a plus
- Strong understanding of food safety standards and protocols
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks with precision
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high hygiene standards

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
