We service both the private & public sectors of golf course maintenance, lawn care and sports turf maintenance from warehouses strategically located in BC, AB, ON and QC. We have 15 technical sales reps providing Canada-wide consultation & solution-sales of nutrition, turf chemistry, seed, and specialty product. In total TSP has 80+ turf sales reps across Canada & USA from 40+ conveniently located branch locations. TSP is headquartered in Santa Fe Springs, California which also services Forestry.

Work hours: 8 am - 5 pm EST

The duties and responsibilities of the Customer Experience Representative include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Maintaining robust customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed

and professionalism

- Ability to issue credits and process returns for customers
- Ensuring warranty claims are processed and the warranty process is followed




- Provide a welcoming experience to new customers while building strong relationships with existing customers
- Strong ability to adapt to daily sales requests and operational support
- Prior experience with ERP systems and proficiency with Microsoft/Windows applications
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent and clear communication skills
- Well organized, energetic and reliable

Requirements:

- Persuasive communication skills and lots of personality!
- Sales oriented, has the ability to identify sales opportunities within a service environment
- Energetic, positive and self motivated
- Naturally empathetic, with the ability to build a strong rapport
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
- Professional demeanor, stellar phone etiquette
- Able to perform successfully in a high paced, results-oriented environment
- Ability to build relationships and communicate with a broad range of people
- Well organized, energetic and reliable
- Ability to work independently in a busy environment
- Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times
- At least one year’s experience in a Call Centre role answering phone calls and emails




- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook and other applicable computer programs
- Bilingual English/French an asset
- High school diploma – College preferred
- Will have to undergo a criminal background check
- Will be required to wear a headset, input data and sit for long periods of time
