Punjabi-Speaking Caregiver – Full-Time, Permanent

HomelyHands Support Services is hiring a reliable and caring Punjabi-speaking caregiver for a senior client in Southeast Calgary.

Job Details

- Full-time, permanent position
- Monday to Friday
- 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 8 hours per day / 40 hours per week
- Pay: $17.00 per hour
- Location: Mahogany Southeast Calgary
- No previous caregiving experience required
- Must speak Punjabi
- Must know how to cook Indian food

About the Client

The client is a senior woman who is mobile and able to complete most of her daily activities independently. She mainly requires companionship and some assistance with her daily routine.

Main Duties

- Assist with showering and dressing as needed
- Provide medication reminders
- Prepare Indian meals and assist with meal preparation
- Provide general companionship and light daily assistance




- Help maintain a safe and comfortable environment

We welcome applicants who are legally authorized to work in Canada, including eligible students, work permit holders, and permanent residents. Applicants must ensure their immigration/work authorization permits them to work the required hours.

We are looking for someone reliable, patient, respectful, and interested in a long-term/permanent position.
