Door-to-Door Sales Representative for Koala House Detailing

North Shore | $30+/Hour Guaranteed | FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE

Are you young, hungry, competitive, and willing to get comfortable being uncomfortable?

We're looking for a Door-to-Door Sales Representative to join our growing exterior cleaning company and help us expand throughout the North Shore and surrounding areas.

Sales experience is preferred, but NOT required. We're willing to train the right person from the ground up.

What matters most is your mindset, work ethic, coachability, and willingness to handle rejection.

What You'll Earn

During Training

- $20/hour
- +$10 for every qualified lead generated
- Hands-on training and coaching at the door

After Training

- Commission based pay with a minimum $30/hour earnings guarantee
- For lead generating only, $20/hour base pay PLUS $10 per lead
- For sales, 15% commission for closed jobs or $20 per quote sent
- Regardless of performance, you will NEVER earn less than $30/hour except possibly during training.

What You'll Be Doing

- Going door-to-door in targeted North Shore neighbourhoods
- Approaching homeowners and starting conversations
- Carrying door hangers to leave behind for people who say no or don't answer
- Identifying exterior cleaning needs
- Generating qualified leads and sales opportunities
- Learning and using proven sales techniques
- Handling objections
- Tracking your results and working toward daily targets
- Representing the company professionally
- Continuously improving your sales performance

You'll spend a significant amount of your day on your feet, outdoors, knocking doors and talking to strangers.

About Your Manager

The company is owned and operated by Landon Henderson, who has spent the past 10 years in the qualified house detailing industry.

Landon has worked in virtually every level of the business. From technician and team lead to sales manager and general manager. He has hands-on experience in the field, sales, team leadership, training, and business operations.

The company is now entering an exciting growth and scaling phase, and this is an opportunity to join the team during that growth.

Landon will be your direct manager and trainer throughout the entire process.
