Description du poste

Ce poste est destiné à une personne qui aime le travail physique, les chantiers extérieurs et le travail d’équipe.

Vous travaillerez avec une équipe d’installation sur des projets résidentiels haut de gamme et commerciaux. Vous aiderez à la préparation du matériel, à l’installation de systèmes d’irrigation, à l’organisation du chantier et au maintien des standards de Groupe Belmont.

L’expérience en irrigation est un atout, mais elle n’est pas obligatoire. Nous recherchons surtout quelqu’un de fiable, ponctuel, travaillant, capable d’apprendre et prêt à suivre les méthodes de l’entreprise.

Responsabilités principales

- Participer aux installations de systèmes d’irrigation résidentiels et commerciaux
- Aider à préparer les matériaux, outils et équipements
- Travailler efficacement avec l’équipe sur le chantier
- Suivre les directives du chef d’équipe ou du gestionnaire terrain
- Apprendre les méthodes d’installation et les standards de Groupe Belmont
- Maintenir un chantier propre, organisé et sécuritaire
- Aider à creuser, passer des tuyaux, installer des composantes et remettre les lieux en ordre
- Communiquer clairement avec l’équipe
- Démontrer une attitude positive, respectueuse et responsable
- Arriver à l’heure et être prêt à travailler

Profil recherché

- Expérience en travaux extérieurs, aménagement paysager, excavation, construction, drainage ou installation
- Expérience en irrigation : un atout, mais non obligatoire
- Bonne capacité physique et endurance
- Capable de travailler dehors dans différentes conditions météo
- Fiable, ponctuel et travaillant
- Bon esprit d’équipe
- Volonté d’apprendre et de se faire coacher
- Capable de suivre les standards de l’entreprise
- Attitude humble, positive et professionnelle
- Intérêt à évoluer dans l’entreprise

Rémunération et évolution

- Salaire de départ : 22 $ à 26 $/heure selon l’expérience pertinente

We are growing and looking for a reliable, hard-working, motivated person to join our irrigation installation team.

Job Description

This role is for someone who enjoys physical work, outdoor jobsites, and working as part of a team.

You will work with an installation crew on high-end residential and commercial projects. You will help prepare materials, assist with irrigation system installations, keep the jobsite organized, and learn Groupe Belmont’s standards.

Irrigation experience is an asset, but it is not required. We are mainly looking for someone who is reliable, punctual,



hard-working, coachable, and willing to follow company methods.

Key Responsibilities

- Participate in residential and commercial irrigation system installations
- Assist with preparing materials, tools, and equipment
- Work efficiently with the crew on-site
- Follow direction from the crew lead or field manager
- Learn Groupe Belmont installation methods and standards
- Keep the jobsite clean, organized, and safe
- Help with digging, pipe installation, component installation, and cleanup
- Communicate clearly with the team
- Show a positive, respectful, and responsible attitude
- Arrive on time and ready to work

Ideal Candidate

- Experience in outdoor work, landscaping, excavation, construction, drainage, or installation
- Irrigation experience is an asset, but not required
- Physically strong and able to work outdoors
- Reliable, punctual, and hard-working

Compensation & Growth
