Ancient Tribal is seeking a Senior Manager, Manufacturing Operations to lead our global production, sourcing, logistics, and inventory functions. This role will oversee the end-to-end manufacturing process for our apparel collections, including designer jeans, parachute pants, hoodies, jackets, and t-shirts, ensuring exceptional quality, on-time delivery, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Manage international manufacturing operations and vendor relationships, with a robust focus on Nepalese production.

Oversee production planning, sourcing, quality control, and capacity management.

Lead supply chain, logistics, and inventory management to ensure timely delivery and optimal stock levels.

Partner with design and product teams to bring new products to market efficiently.

Identify opportunities to improve quality, reduce costs, and streamline operations.

Ensure compliance with ethical, social, and regulatory manufacturing standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field.

10+ years of international manufacturing experience,



preferably in apparel.

Extensive experience working with Nepalese factories and production partners.

Strong knowledge of textiles, garment construction, sourcing, and supply chain management.

Proven experience managing production, logistics, and inventory operations.

Excellent leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to travel internationally as needed.

Preferred

Experience with premium apparel, streetwear, denim, or fashion brands.

Knowledge of sustainable sourcing and manufacturing practices.

Experience with ERP and inventory management systems.

This role is ideal for a hands-on operations leader who can build strong manufacturing partnerships, deliver high-quality products at scale, and support the continued growth of Ancient Tribal.

Pay: $65,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
