- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance equipment reliability and performance.
- Assist with setup, adjustment, and optimization of roasting and packaging lines as needed.
- Ensure tools, parts, and work areas are kept organized, clean, and compliant with safety standards.
- Communicate clearly with team members about equipment status, upcoming maintenance, and any issues affecting production.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures related to maintenance, safety, and quality.

Essential Skills

- Experience working as a millwright or in a maintenance role within a manufacturing environment.

- Red Seal or Journeyperson-level millwright qualification, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in food and beverage manufacturing or relevant regulated industries such as pharmaceutical production.

- Comfort working in a food manufacturing environment where cleanliness and quality standards are important.
- Ability to adapt to occasional earlier start times and support production needs when required.

- Willingness to learn, develop new skills, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Why Work Here?

Team members are eligible for a comprehensive group benefits program, three weeks of paid vacation to start, and a vacation purchase program that adds flexibility. There is also one paid volunteer day each year, reflecting a strong commitment to community involvement, and growth opportunities within a Canadian business that values giving back. Additional perks include employee pricing on products, free on-site parking, and the unique experience of working in a facility filled with the aroma of coffee throughout the day.

Work Workplace

The work environment features a Monday–Friday schedule with a standard shift from 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with occasional earlier starts as early as 5:00 a.m. as needed.
