Humber Employment is looking for an experienced Butcher / Meat Cutter to join a meat processing facility.

Key Responsibilities:

- Cut and process meat according to company specifications
- Perform deboning and meat trimming
- Use knives and meat-cutting equipment safely and efficiently
- Prepare different cuts of meat while maintaining quality standards
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a meat processing factory or meat-cutting facility is required
- Strong deboning skills required
- Experience with meat cutting, trimming, and portioning
- Good knife-handling skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding setting
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Reliable and able to work as part of a production team
