Job Overview:

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to provide care and assistance to individuals in need. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in improving the quality of life for our clients. This position may involve working in nursing homes and assisted living facilities.

Duties:

- Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

- Provide medication administration and reminders

- Perform light housekeeping tasks to ensure a clean and secure environment

- Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary

- Help clients with mobility and transfers, including heavy lifting when required

- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients

- Document client progress and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate supervisor

Requirements:

- Previous experience in long term care is required

- Knowledge of resident care techniques and practices

- Ability to work with individuals of all ages and backgrounds

- Strong communication skills and the ability to empathize with clients





- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays if necessary

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
