About Code Ninjas:

Code Ninjas is the world's largest coding school for kids ages 5–14, teaching coding through video game building. We're looking for a friendly, organized, sales-comfortable Centre Director to be the face of our Richmond centre — welcoming families, guiding them through enrolment, and supporting day-to-day operations.

Compensation: Competitive hourly wage plus performance-based commission on new enrolments.

What You'll Do

- Welcome families and handle all inquiries (phone, email, text) with a warm, professional attitude
- Schedule and conduct tours, assessments, trials, and make-up classes; recommend the right program for each child
- Guide families through enrollment — registrations, memberships, renewals, payments, and CRM record-keeping
- Follow up with prospective and inactive families to support conversions and retention
- Communicate with parents on scheduling, progress, and updates; handle concerns, freezes, and cancellations professionally




- Support opening/closing procedures and keep the centre clean and welcoming
- Coordinate and support camps, birthday parties, workshops, and community/marketing events (may include transporting supplies)
- Assist the Centre Director with administrative projects as needed

Requirements

- Fluent in English and Mandarin (Cantonese a plus); strong written English (Chinese literacy a solid asset)
- Strong customer service and people skills, with comfort working toward sales/enrollment targets
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask across CRM, scheduling, Google Workspace/Microsoft Office, and payment systems
- Available weekday afternoons/evenings, Saturdays, and occasional Sundays
- Valid Class 5 driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Must pass a Criminal Record Check

Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour
