Responsibilities

- Analyze written documents, audio recordings, and transcripts to identify linguistic patterns and authorship clues
- Interpret multilingual communications accurately, , ensuring precise understanding of context and nuance
- Provide expert testimony and reports based on linguistic findings for legal proceedings
- Assist with translation of documents and communications from multiple languages into English or other target languages
- Support investigations by conducting interpretation sessions for interviews or interrogations as needed




- Maintain detailed records of all linguistic analyses, interpretations, and translations with clarity and professionalism
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies, legal teams, and other stakeholders to deliver clear, concise communication support

Qualifications

- Proven expertise in linguistics with a focus on forensic applications or language analysis
- Strong interpretation skills across multiple languages, french and English
- Experience in translation and writing skills for legal or investigative contexts
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex linguistic concepts clearly
- Multilingual capabilities are highly preferred; fluency in additional languages is a plus
- Proficiency in typing and documentation to ensure accurate record keeping

Pay: $21.11-$120.00 per hour
