Duties

- Assist with gardening tasks such as planting, watering, weeding, and mulching to promote healthy growth
- Operate equipment including excavators, power tools, hand tools, and mechanical machinery safely and effectively
- Support irrigation system installation, repair, and maintenance to ensure proper watering of landscaped areas
- Perform routine landscape maintenance activities like mowing, trimming, edging, and leaf removal
- Conduct basic construction-related tasks such as site preparation and minor repairs using appropriate tools




- Maintain cleanliness of work areas by removing debris and ensuring tools are stored properly after use
- Assist with seasonal yard projects including planting beds, fencing, or other landscaping enhancements

Experience

- Prior experience with landscaping or yard work is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Familiarity with gardening practices and horticulture principles is a plus
- Mechanical knowledge or experience operating construction equipment such as excavators is advantageous
- Hands-on experience with hand tools and power tools used in outdoor maintenance tasks
- Basic understanding of irrigation systems and landscape upkeep techniques
- Ability to follow safety protocols while operating machinery and handling tools
- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills in landscape maintenance and construction
