Job Overview

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Forklift Operator / Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this role, you will support daily warehouse operations, including forklift operation, material handling, inventory management, shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Duties

- Safely operate forklifts to load, unload, move, and organize materials
- Perform order picking, packing, shipping, and receiving duties
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Blend and handle materials according to established procedures
- Conduct routine equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns
- Maintain accurate inventory and warehouse records
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Support additional warehouse tasks as required

Experience

- Minimum 1 year of forklift operating experience
- Previous warehouse experience preferred




- Strong communication skills with proficiency in English
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Robust attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with inventory control and warehouse processes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working in an industrial environment with exposure to dust, dirt, and warehouse-related odors
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to workplace safety
- Own transportation is considered an asset

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
