Job Overview
We're looking for a driven Business Development Executive to grow our client base for our digital marketing services. In this energetic role, you will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and develop strategic partnerships that align with our company goals. This is a commission-based, hybrid role- ideal for someone who thrives on outreach, relationship-building, and closing deals.

Duties

- Identify and prospect new business opportunities via cold outreach, networking, and referrals
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster long-term collaborations
- Conduct negotiations to secure contracts, pricing agreements, and service terms that benefit both parties
- Collaborate with marketing teams to craft compelling proposals and presentations that showcase our offerings




- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to refine strategies for business growth
- Maintain accurate records

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in business development or sales, ideally in digital marketing or a service-based industry
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers confidently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging diverse stakeholders
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting and cold outreach
- Self-motivated and results-driven- comfortable with commission-based pay
- Based in or around Vancouver, BC
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Work Arrangement
Hybrid: flexible in-office days at our Vancouver location, based on business needs.
