Job Summary:

As a Senior Accounting Specialist, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the financial performance of our clients’ businesses. Reporting to our CEO and working closely with our Finance Solutions Manager, you will help deliver a seamless financial experience while ensuring client needs and satisfaction remain at the forefront.

In this role, you will analyze financial data, prepare reports, and provide insights that support informed business decisions. You will also identify and mitigate financial risks and ensure statutory reporting requirements are met. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and proactive approach will support both our clients and the broader Twenty32 team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide ongoing support to clients, ensuring a positive and seamless financial experience
- Maintain accurate records in company systems and tracking tools
- Forecast and budgeting for clients if requested
- Oversee and maintain accounts payable (paying invoices) and accounts receivable (managing incoming payments) to ensure steady cash flow
- Oversee and maintain reconciliation, comparing bank statements to internal records to identify and resolve discrepancies, ensuring financial data is accurate
- Provide the Finance Solutions Manager & CEO with the necessary reports when required
- Oversee and maintain the record of day-to-day financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments into the accounting systems
- Payroll preparation

Qualifications:

- Proficiency with QuickBooks Online & Microsoft Tools
- Min 5 years’ financial experience/controlling
- Strong pro-active communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent customer service and customer-focused
- Proficient in time management, tracking,



and personal organization
- Capable of a high level of professionalism and discretion
- Experience in payroll
- Monitor legal changes set by governing authorities

Preferred Qualifications:

- Working towards or has attained their CPA or CPMA
- Highly organized and Structured
- 5+ years of experience in a Controller position
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online & Microsoft Tools
- Highly detailed and solution-focused
- Experience with ERPs, such as Business Central & Microsoft Dynamics
- Experience in Taxation
- Experience in improving control of the environment and developing finance processes/improvements
- Project management and designation

Compensation:

- Starting at 80K annually - based on experience
