We are looking for a Junior Technical Recruiter with plenty of grit and “stick to it iveness” to help our growth. You will play a key role in identifying and engaging top engineering talent. You will work closely with senior consultants and hiring managers to support recruitment campaigns across roles such as:

The Role

As a Junior Recruiter specializing in Software Engineering you will work closely with senior consultants and hiring managers to support recruitment campaigns across roles such as:

- Software Engineers
- Project Managers
- Q/A Engineers
- Project Engineers
- Systems Engineer

You will gain hands-on exposure to recruitment strategy, candidate management, and client engagement within a highly technical and fast-moving industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and identify engineering professionals using job boards, LinkedIn, and internal database
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Own the entire hiring process for technical roles, from initial kick-off with hiring managers to offer negotiation and closing.
- Strategic Sourcing: Actively hunt for top-tier,



passive talent for difficult-to-fill engineering roles using LinkedIn Recruiter and creative outbound strategies.
- Must be proficient with AI.
- PROBLEM SOLVER
- Ability to speak the language of engineers and product managers to effectively screen for both skill and culture fit.
- Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing diligent follow-through and building genuine long-term relationships.
- Screen and interview candidates to assess technical skills and cultural fit
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications
- Contribute to team targets and business development initiatives

Essential Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree (required)
- Solid interest in recruitment, IT and, and engineering,
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proactive, driven, and eager to learn

The role:

- on site 5 days week

- 8:30 – 5pm ( after hours work as needed)

- $20-23 / per hour to start

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
