1.Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for general labour, forklift operators, and office admin positions.
2. Post job ads on various platforms and maintain an active candidate pipeline, especially for forklift and general labour roles.
3. Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess skills and suitability for all positions.
4. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
5. Handle offer letters, onboarding, and current hire documentation.
6. Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.
7. Ensure compliance with company policies and labour regulations.
8. Collaborate with supervisors and HR to meet staffing needs on time, with focus on general labour and forklift staff.
MUST HAVE ATLEAST ONE YEAR OF EXPERIENCE
Pay: From $17.60 per hour
Expected hours: 15.0 per week
