Schedule:
- Hiring for weekday availability (mornings &/or afternoons)
- Flexible scheduling
- Competitive per-hour pay plus additional pay per dog/walk
- Opportunity for more hours & dog boarding
What you’ll be doing:
- Walking dogs safely and responsibly (solo & small pack walks)
- Providing drop-in visits for pets when needed
- Following client instructions for each pet’s routine
- Sending visit updates (photos & notes) through our app
- Handling leashes, harnesses, keys, and client homes with care
What we’re looking for:
- Genuine love for dogs & experience handling different breeds/sizes
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Comfortable with all different dog behaviours INCLUDING reactive dogs
- Comfortable walking in all weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license & access to a vehicle
- Available weekdays
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently
Bonus points if you have:
- Previous dog walking or pet care experience
- Experience with reactive or high-energy dogs
- Pet first aid knowledge
